CANCELLATION POLICY
Arriving 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service. Arriving 15 minutes or more late may result in appointment cancellation and loss of deposit. Repeated lateness may require a higher deposit or result in refusal of future bookings. Important: When booking your appointment, please make sure to select the correct service. If you need a full set with nail designs, soak-off, or add-on services, please add those options at the time of booking. If only a basic full set or fill is booked without selecting additional services, there may not be enough time to complete your design. Thank you for your understanding
